Rosario’s spent the last ten years working within the low and zero emission vehicle industry. He’s gained extensive knowledge of the challenges fleet operators and businesses face when formulating an EV charging strategy.  

He has a strong background in establishing long lasting business relationships with partners and customers, built on trust and clear communication. Rosario has experience of delivering complex EV charging infrastructure projects for fleet clients across multiple sites and vehicle types

Before joining Drax in 2024, Rosario has worked with other key names in the EV industry including, Mer, Elmtronics and GreenFleet.

In July 2026 he was named by GreenFleet as one of the rising stars of the EV industry.
