Shane Mann is CEO of Tranzaura, where he's spent recent years pushing the company's fleet and compliance platform toward a fully open, API-first architecture — one built to ingest and unify data from telematics providers, charging networks, and operational systems, rather than force fleets into a single closed ecosystem. That focus on interoperability now shapes how he thinks about the wider challenge facing commercial fleets: that electrification succeeds or fails on how well strategy, infrastructure, energy, and operations work together, not on any single vendor's product.

Before Tranzaura, Shane built his technical grounding in data architecture and business intelligence across the semiconductor, medical device, and energy sectors, including roles at Analog Devices and Cook Medical — experience that informs his emphasis on turning complex, fragmented data into decisions fleets can actually act on. He holds a B.Tech in Information Technology and Telecommunications.
