ElmPark has grown into a leading Charge Point Operator in the UK, built on years of hands on experience installing and managing EV charging infrastructure across the market. With over 8500 charge points installed for major operators and other partners, we have a proven track record, and more recently, have successfully adopted many large-scale customer owned charging portfolios that previously operating on the BP Pulse network. Our in house monitoring and maintenance approach ensures high reliability, reduced downtime and a seamless experience for fleets, businesses and site owners. As the transition to EV continues to accelerate, we’re proud to support organisations with EV infrastructure that’s reliable, scalable, and future proofed

Originally established as a specialist electrical contractor, ElmPark became a trusted delivery partner for major charging networks and energy brands. Our early focus was on delivering high-quality EV charger installations and long-term maintenance contracts across a wide range of environments, including commercial sites, fleet depots and public locations. This practical experience gave us a deep understanding of how charging infrastructure must perform day to day, where reliability and uptime are critical.

As the market matured, our services expanded beyond installation alone. We began providing full hosting and operational support for large charger estates, allowing customers to step away from the complexity of managing charging infrastructure themselves. This evolution has now positioned ElmPark as a full Charge Point Operator, offering an end-to-end solution that covers installation, ownership, operation, monitoring and maintenance of charging assets.

A key milestone in this transition has been the successful migration of a large number of chargers previously operated under the BP Pulse network. As BP Pulse refocuses its strategy and steps back from the buyer funded network, ElmPark has worked collaboratively to ensure continuity of service for site owners and EV drivers. We have already migrated a significant volume of chargers onto our own platform, with further sites currently in the pipeline. These migrations have been delivered with minimal disruption, maintaining charger availability and a positive user experience throughout.

Our ongoing relationship with BP Pulse reflects our professional and pragmatic approach to the industry. We continue to work constructively with partners across the EV ecosystem, recognising that collaboration is essential in a rapidly evolving market. The experience gained through large-scale charger migrations has strengthened our operational capability and reinforced our confidence as a Charge Point Operator.

What truly differentiates ElmPark is our hands-on approach to charger management. We do not simply host chargers for our customers; we actively monitor them. Our in-house processes track performance and availability, allowing us to identify issues early and take action before they impact users. Where faults or maintenance requirements are identified, we raise and manage maintenance in house.

This fully managed service means our customers do not need to worry about day-to-day charger operation. From monitoring and fault resolution through to preventative maintenance and reporting, ElmPark takes full responsibility. For fleet operators and businesses, this removes operational burden, reduces downtime and ensures charging infrastructure remains reliable and compliant without internal resource being diverted.

We understand that fleet electrification is not a one-size-fits-all challenge. Vehicle utilisation, charging behaviour, site constraints and future growth all play a role in shaping the right solution. Our team works closely with customers to develop charging strategies that align with operational requirements and long-term sustainability goals.

As a Charge Point Operator, ElmPark is committed to long-term ownership and stewardship of charging infrastructure. We invest in our systems, our people and our processes to ensure the networks we operate is resilient, scalable and commercially viable. This long-term approach gives our customers confidence that their charging infrastructure is supported today and future-ready for tomorrow.

With more than 8,500 charge points installed, a proven track record in operating and migrating charger networks, and a fully in-house monitoring and maintenance capability, ElmPark is well positioned to support the next phase of fleet electrification. We are proud to enable cleaner transport while allowing our customers to focus on their core business, confident that their charging infrastructure is being managed for them.
