Nissan teases new LEAF with e-Pedal

Nissan has announced that the new Nissan LEAF will come with e-Pedal, which is expected to transform the way people drive.

The e-Pedal technology will allow drivers to accelerate, decelerate and stop using just the e-Pedal and will enable drivers to bring the car to a complete stop even on hills, stay in position, and resume driving instantly.

Up to 90 per cent of the driver's needs can be met with the new pedal, and will reduce the need to shift from one pedal to the other to make driving simpler.

Set to make driving safer and more enjoyable, the development of these technologies is part of Nissan Intelligent Mobility, the company’s blueprint for transforming how cars are driven, powered and integrated into society.
