We are the only company in the UK and Europe that provides a remote and on-site solution for scanning, coding & programming of new parts and calibration of camera and sensors, IMI training courses up to Level 4, alongside plastic and panel repair training.

Our remote service gives vehicle side technicians access to tools and technicians needed for service, collision repair or part replacement whatever the vehicle. The solution provides the technician with a device that can be connected to the vehicle which sends jobs via the cloud to a remote technician who connects to the vehicle and completes necessary work.

For unsuccessful remote jobs, we will send a trained technicians to complete the work car side using correct tools, ensuring the vehicle is off the road for the shortest amount of time.

Storm ensures that our remote technician has the knowledge to completed the job properly; vehicles are becoming more complex so it’s important to understand the vehicle as much as it is to understand the requirements. Areas like ADAS are highlighting this need because ADAS calibrations are crucial for the proper functioning of the safety systems in vehicles.
