VW all-electric I.D Buzz due in 2022

Volkswagen has announced that its new all-electric I.D Buzz concept is set for production and will be due for 2022.

The new model will be a 21st-century version of its iconic Microbus, to which the concept was originally shown at the Detroit Motor Show at the beginning of the year.

It is the third model in the IT family of concept cars after the I.D hatchback and I.D CROZZ crossover.

VW says that the model will have a range of up to 270 miles and 275kW of electric power delivered to all four wheels via two electric motors.
