Chargemaster extends customer service hotline hours

Electric charge point provider Chargemaster has extended the operating hours of its customer services team.

Chargemaster customer services will open one hour earlier, at 7.30am, and finish later, at 9.30pm, on weekdays, and has grown its team so that more lines are open during the day.

The firm has tripled the size of its customer service team in the last 18 months and remains the only UK charging network operator to offer 24/7 support for users.

Helping those who are using charging points, especially for the first time, is important in providing a smooth experience.
