VW CES 2016 focus is long-distance electromobility

Volkswagen (VW) group has released a statement declaring its new Consumer Electronics Show (CES) concept car, the zero-emission van based on the new Modular Electric Drive Kit (MEB).
VW will once again be represented at the CES, which takes place from the 6-9 January in Las Vegas. VW will exhibit the specific changes which the new concept vehicle is expected to go through over the next few years.
At the show, VW will outline the benefits of affordable long distance electromobility and highlight innovative features which can be achieved thanks to the car’s interconnectedness. In addition, the group hopes to display its key operating concepts which will also be debuting at the show, such as the latest developments in in-car infotainment that are yet to be launched onto the market.
