With its sleek, contemporary design it is now the market leading on-street EV charging station, easily integrated into any parking bay or car park. It is a stylish and durable piece of street furniture, easily blending naturally into its surroundings. The Elektrobay is user friendly with an active display giving instructions. The EV owner gains access to the power outlet, outputting a 240 volt a.c. supply, using a wireless “key” dedicated to that person and their vehicle. It has advanced software and electronics enabling many application profiles to be used to fit in with different operating schemes. Parking enforcement and paying for the power used, something which will become necessary in the future as the uptake of EV’s increases can all be integrated. Its numerous innovative features make the Elektrobay both safe for the user and secure from unauthorised use of power. Elektromotive are able to offer a complete turnkey solution from ground works to commissioning.
