Public Sector Innovation Award

TfL London Buses has began introducing hybrid buses in London to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, air pollution and noise. Around 100 buses will be phased into the fleet by 2010 with a further 500 each year from 2012. For their continuing environmental work, TfL London Buses successfully wins the 2007 Greenfleet Public Sector Innovation Award.

To enter the 2008 GreenFleet Awards, please complete the following form.  You will need to submit a 500 word entry statement on why your project/department/product is exceptional.

Terms and Conditions of Entry
  1. Entries close 5pm (BST) Friday 29th August 2008. Entries must be received at the PSE Offices (226 High Road, Loughton,Essex IG10 1ET) or online via this form on or before this date and time.
  2. You must complete the entry form and send this with your 500 word statement.
  3. Submissions in all categories must be for projects dated between 1st January 2006 and 1st August 2008.
  4. By submitting the entry form all entrants warrant that they have permission from all necessary parties within their organisation.
  5. By submitting this entry form you assign copyright on the required 500 word statement to PSE Ltd. for use in GreenFleet guides and other publications/events/websites.
  6. All entrants must where possible provide details of partner organisations and suppliers/consultants mentioned in the 500 word statement.
  7. In the event that an entry is subsequently found to breach any of the terms and conditions of entry it will be ruled invalid and withdrawn from consideration for an award.
  8. Judges reserve the right at all times to determine whether an entry qualifies as acceptable.Entries the judges deem not acceptable will be ruled invalid.
  9. Terms and conditions may be amended from time to time at our discretion.PSE will publish the revised terms and conditions on www.greenfleetawards.co.uk.
  10. All judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into relating to the judging process or the outcome.
